Project Objective
We needed to complete the development of the mobile version of the website, which the previous contractor had not finished. Code analysis revealed many architectural errors. It was necessary to complete the development and launch into production within tight deadlines.
Plan
We understood from the start that we wouldn't be able to do a full code refactoring, so it was decided to fix only the most critical areas and implement the missing functionality. The main thing was to launch on time. More detailed refinements were planned after the launch.

Mobile Website Refinement
Result:
The website was put into operation with a slight delay caused by server-side issues. During the subsequent support phase, we helped reconfigure the API server and improved its stability. Of course, additional code refactoring of the website itself was also performed. It was a pleasure working with their IT department :)
